We often have breakfast meals for dinner and today my wife wanted to try the American pancakes. So here they are – traditional American pancakes with butter and scrambled eggs. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add milk.
Add melted butter.
Add egg.
Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides of the pancakes.
Drain the oil on napkin.
Serve hot with butter, maple syrup and/or scrambled eggs.
