If you haven’t had breakfast, you can enjoy the recipe for these so fluffy and delicious American pancakes – just as they like them in the home country of our dear friend and culinary companion, Jeff.
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl beat the milk, butter, egg, salt, baking powder and sugar well.
Sifting, start adding flour little by little. Mix with a wire whisker to avoid lumps.
You need to get a fine and smooth mixture.
In a pan, melt a small lump of butter.
Pour a ladle of the mixture and wait until it gets red.
Then turn to fry on the other side.
Serve while still warm - sprinkle with powdered sugar, honey or jam. If you want to keep the American tradition, pour some maple syrup. Bon appetit!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
