Good morning with an sunny APPLE CAKE!
Mine got pretty bushy, but you can do it with a more disciplined fringe.
Enjoy! 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar.
Beat with a mixer to get a fluffy mixture.
While beating, add the oil to a thin stream.
Add the yoghurt to which you have previously added the baking soda and let it rise for about 10 minutes. Then beat again briefly until yoghurt is dissolved in the cake mix.
Add cinnamon as well. Beat again briefly.
Add the ground walnuts. Stir gently with a spatula to keep the mixture from falling.
Mix the baking powder to the flour. Add the flour in portions to the cake mix, sifting it.
Gently stir with a spatula.
Pour the mixture in a greased and floured baking pan. Sprinkle the peeled and grated apples on top. If you want, you can leave them on top on a flat layer, but you can gently mix them with the cake mix.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees until ready.
When serving, sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy! 🙂
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
