There are always some bananas at home, which we always buy and the child always promises to eat. They finally stand and darken in the fruit basket.
These days, three weeeeelll riped bananas have become into this. It is difficult to describe the aroma of bananas, which is complemented by the taste of walnuts and chocolate. Delicacy! Try it for yourself!
The original recipe is borrowed from the culinary site www.delish.com. And here’s how I did it:

Peel the bananas, put them in a deep plate and mash them with a fork.
You will get a puree very easily. Bananas do not need to be very finely mashed.
Put the flour in a bowl. Add the baking soda.
Add the salt.
Stir with a whisk.
In another bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar.
Add the eggs.
Add the sour cream.
Add the vanilla powder.
Mix well with a whisk.
Add the mashed bananas.
Stir.
Add the dry ingredients in portions.
Stir.
Add the crushed chocolate. You can also use chocolate drops.
Add the crushed walnuts.
Stir.
Pour the cake mixture into a rectangular cake mold about 30/12 cm, which you have previously lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees with a fan for about 1 hour. Check with a wooden stick or a toothpick. If they come out dry, then the cake is ready.
After removing it from the oven, let the cake cool for about 10 minutes.
Then take it out from the baking mold, remove the paper and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
It is very tasty! And the banana aroma is absolutely intoxicating!
