Beauty … which disappeared in seconds one morning for breakfast 🙂
Just have a look how easily I prepared them:
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
In the bowl, break the eggs. Separate 1/3 - 1/2 from one egg yolk.
Add the crushed white cheese and grated yellow cheese.
Stir well.
Cut the dough into squares about 10 cm wide.
Make the cuts as in the picture - cut an inner strip in the two opposite angles, leaving the other two opposite angles uncut.
Coat with water the sides of the inner square. Take one of the cut corners and put it at the opposite corner of the inner square.
Do the same with the other corner. A beautiful figure is obtained - a boat.
Arrange the boats from the mille feuille dough into an oiled baking tray.
Pour in the center of the boat about 1 tbsp. from the mixture with eggs, white and yellow cheese.
Brush the sides of the boats with a mixture of 1/3 yolk, diluted with some water.
Bake in a hot oven at about 210 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Serve for breakfast with milk or coffee or for a main course. Bon appetit!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
