We’re going to Maya and Jeff who say “Come on, the fridge is full. We’ll cook something.” We open the fridge and inside there is a wonderful beef, whipping cream, eggs, onions, mushrooms… Well, here’s our recipe. It’s not complicated but it was more than great. You can try too. It looks super professional but does not require special cooking techniques and skills. And your guests will not really know this 🙂
Enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the meat into slices about 1 cm thick. Try to keep the oval shape of the slices.
Spread fresh storage foil on a stable board. Place the steak on it and rolled it up with the foil.
Thin the steaks with a hammer.
Season the steak with salt and pepper. Other spices may be added.
Fry the finely chopped onions and mushrooms.
Mix the onions, mushrooms and chopped eggs.
Add the grated cheese.
Put the steak on a board, put 2 tbsp of filling and roll the meat. Fix the roll with 2-3
toothpicks.
Fry the rolls for 1-2 mins.
Put the rolls on a baking sheet. Put the whipping cream on top of them.
Bake at 180 °C in preheated oven.
Remove toothpicks before serving 🙂
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
