Today I’m going to show you a cream – it’s very quick and easy! I got the recipe from my irreplaceable friend and colleague Polly, who doesn’t put it in bowls but prepares a cake with the same ingredients. So – a cake or a cream – the taste is really irresistible!
Try it! Surprise your loved ones with a delicious dessert!
Enjoy! 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the cream in a bowl.
Add the chocolate crushed into cubes.
Add the sugar, too.
Stir with a wire whisk until the chocolate and sugar are melted to form a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Add the mascarpone cheese.
Stir again.
Cream Assembly:
Prepare 6 bowls for compote/cream. Break the biscuits into small pieces and cover the bottom of the bowls with them.
Pour some cream over the cookies, trying to cover them. Add a second layer of broken biscuits.
Add a second layer of cream to top of the cookies.
I decorated them with half a cookie.
You can optionally sprinkle with nuts, chocolate or colorful sugar sprinkles.
Leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours to let soften the cookies. Enjoy!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
