Today I present to you a quick and easy cake with kefir and peaches. I didn’t have kefir and replaced it with yogurt, I didn’t have fresh peaches, so I replaced them with compote peaches. It turned out to be something very tasty! Try it for yourself!

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
Beat with a mixer until a white fluffy mixture is obtained.
Add yoghurt or kefir. Beat again on medium speed until a smooth mixture.
While stirring slowly on low speed, gradually add the flour. Stir until the flour is completely absorbed by the cake mixture.
Pour into a baking form greased with oil and sprinkled with flour or covered at the bottom with parchment paper.
The form should have a diameter of 22 cm. You can also use an adjustable baking ring.
Arrange the thinly sliced peach slices on top in a way you like. The slices should be about 1 cm thick in their widest part.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees without a fan for 40-45 minutes.
Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick or a wooden skewer.
Once the cake is cool, remove it from the pan.
Optionally sprinkle on top with icing sugar.
