Good morning, chefs!
For today we dug up again a recipe from the old culinary notebooks – CAKE WITH LEMONADE. Very fast (no mixer or separating whites and yolks) and so delicious! And instead of yellow lemonade you can use any other type of carbonated soft drink – so each time the result will be different.

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Whisk until smooth.
Gradually add the oil and lemonade.
Whisk again.
Add the pre-mixed flour and baking powder, sifting them.
Whisk until the flour is completely absorbed.
Pour about 2/3 of the mixture into a pre-greased and floured cake mold.
Mix the rest of the cake batter with the cocoa and add in a thin stream over the white cake batter.
Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees without a fan and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
Time is essential, but still check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick or a wooden skewer.
Once the cake is baked, leave it in the cake mold for about 10-15 minutes.
Then take it out and allow to cool completely.
For the filling, place all the ingredients in a plastic bowl.
Place in the microwave and melt in short intervals for about 10-20 seconds, stirring after each one.
Heating for short periods is important, because if you leave the chocolate in the microwave for a long period, it will curdle and burn.
Pour over the cake.
Optionally, you can spread the coating all over or leave it partially only on top.
You can even decorate with sugar figures. (Here our daughter made the decoration, maybe that's why they are so neatly arranged ...;))
