НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.
Add the vanilla sugar to the egg whites.
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until soft peaks.
Add the sugar to the bowl with the yolks.
Beat with a mixer until white.
Add the melted butter in a thin stream, beating slowly with the mixer.
You should get a fluffy mixture.
Add the sifted flour.
Stir with a spatula.
Add the beaten egg whites in several portions, stirring gently with a spatula until smooth.
Prepare a baking dish with approximate measures 30/11/7 cm.
Line it with baking paper.
Pour almost the entire cake batter into the baking dish.
If you want to make cocoa patterns in the cake, leave some batter in the bowl and mix it with the cocoa powder.
Pour the cocoa mixture over the white one.
Stir lightly with a spoon or knife to get patterns.
Sprinkle with sliced almonds or crushed walnuts on top.
Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees without a fan and bake for about 40 minutes.
Check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer, as baking may take a little less or more time.
Once the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Then take it out of the pan and remove the paper to prevent it from getting wet.
Cool completely on a rack.
