Today’s recipe is based on the “fast, brave, agile” sports system! And delicious! 😉
If my child likes it, then it’s great! There are no two opinions on this.
Here is the recipe:

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Clean the cauliflower, cut in small "roses".
Spread it on the bottom of the pan where you will bake it. Add a little salt.
Pour the frozen vegetables on top and distribute them evenly.
Add the water/broth.
I have frozen homemade broth, which I store in ice bags in the freezer. I add a few cubes of it.
Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil.
Bake the vegetables in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with a fan for about 20 minutes.
While the vegetables are baking, prepare the topping.
Put the eggs in a bowl. Beat with a whisk.
Add the cream and stir.
Add the shredded feta cheese and grated yellow cheese.
Stir.
Once the vegetables are golden, pour the topping on top. Distribute evenly over the vegetables.
Return the casserole to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
