НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put the yoghurt and baking soda in a bowl. Stir and wait for 2-3 minutes until the mixture starts to foam.
Add the eggs.
Add the crushed cheese.
Stir well.
Add the flour. It is always good to add it gradually, stirring, because depending on the products, the mixture may absorb more or less flour. In my case, the mixture took exactly 2 and 1/3 cups flour (about 350 g).
Mix well with a spoon or by hand until the dough comes together into a ball.
Pour the dough on a floured surface.
Knead briefly until the mixture forms well into a ball. You don't have to knead for a long time.
Roll out the dough on a crust.
Its thickness should be about 1 cm.
Cut the dough into squares measuring about 5-6 cm, into diamonds, sticks, hearts or other shapes you desire.
Fry the buns in preheated pan with oil. The degree should be medium, because otherwise the buns will burn on the outside and will remain raw on the inside.
Turn on the other side and fry until the buns get a nice golden tan.
Serve with cheese, jam or both.
Enjoy! 🙂
