INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Add the yeast and the sugar in the warm milk. Add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to the mixture. Leave for 20 minutes. The mixture swells, almost doubles and forms a "hat" on top.
Add the salt, the oil, the yoghurt and one egg to the mixture.
Add the flour and mix well.
Mix the dough well and return to the bowl, cover with cloth. Leave for about 1 hour until it doubles.
Mix the dough and cut it in 4 pieces.
Roll out every piece of dough into a 1-cm thick rectangle and smear butter on top of it.
Repeat for other 3 pieces of dough and lay them in layers over the first. Grate yellow cheese on the top.
Roll up.
Cut the roll into 1-cm thick slices, put them on a baking sheet. Smear the rolls with egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp of water.
Bake at 180 °C in preheated oven.
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
