4 chicken cotelettes
1 onlion
400 g sour cream
2 tbsp mustard
Salt
Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:

Cut the chicken meat in portions.

Add salt and pepper.

Cut the onion.

Cover the meat with onion pieces.

Add 2 tbs. of mustard to the sour cream, ....

add water...

.... and salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the meat.

Cover the meat with foil and bake until ready.

Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes.
