I am happy to present to you a very easy recipe. It is not only nutritious but also low carbohydrate. I used the idea (with small improvisations) from the internet site www.vilistime.com, for which I send them my sincerest thanks. Serve with with a salad of your choice! Bon appetit!
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the chicken into pieces and place it in a blender.
To get the chicken mince, grind the chicken meat. It is obtained extremely fast, in about 20 seconds, depending on the power of the blender.
Put the mince in the bowl where you will mix the mince for the chicken meatballs.
Cut the green onions and add them to the chicken mince.
Add the mustard.
Add the spices - the salt, the black pepper and the oil.
Finally add the egg, beaten with a fork.
Stir the mince with the spices to mix the flavors well.
It's the processed cheese turn. It's a better idea to choose a relatively solid processed cheese so you can cut it into pieces and not melt it completely when baking the meatballs.
Add the diced cheese to the mince and mix again.
Put baking paper in a pan. Shape balls the size of a small fist and place in a tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are ready. They are most delicious while still warm. Bon appetit!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
