here is a very quick and easy dish that you can prepare in the our daily rush for dinner. There it is – CHICKEN WITH PEPPERS.

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put chicken legs in a baking pan. If you use whole chicken, cut it into pieces. Rub the chicken with salt (or universal spice) and cover it with the oil.
Put the chicken in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the topping. Pour the canned tomatoes into a bowl. If you use fresh ones, grate them. Cut the roasted peppers into small cubes, and press the garlic or cut it very finely.
Stir everything very well. Season with salt to taste.
Once the chicken is almost done, remove it from the oven and cover with the tomatoes mixture. Return to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, periodically pouring the chicken with the sauce.
Serve the chicken sprinkled with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy! 🙂
