Chocolate biscuits

Just for the fun of it and to bring joy to some people. And of course, to practice a little with the squirt. The result was extremely fragile and delicious biscuits.

INGREDIENTS:

 250 g soft butter
 100 g powdered sugar
 1 pinch of salt
 1 egg
 1 sachet of vanilla
 180 g flour
 60 g corn starch
 Chocolate drops or sugar beads for sprinkling (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix butter and sugar into the bowl with a mixer.

Add the salt, the vanilla, the egg and beat again until a homogeneous mixture.

While blending with the mixer, add gradually the starch and the flour. A soft, injectable mixture is obtained.

The mixture is filled into a nylon bag with a nozzle. In a baking pan covered with baking paper, the biscuits are squirted in the desired form - circles, caterpillars or other.

Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees.

It is good when they are removed from the oven to leave them in the pan to cool down a little. Thus they do not break easily.

The cold sweets are half dipped in the melted chocolate. Optionally, the chocolate can be sprinkled on top.

Beside chocolate, you can sprinkle with small chocolate drops or small colored sugar beads.
