If you want a quick and delicious breakfast, as well as something sweet to eat for young and grown, I suggest you to try this recipe for CHOCOLATE MUFFINS. With or without chocolate topping, I guarantee you they will disappear super quickly. Try it!
The recipe is by the amazing Turkan Seven. Here it is:

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Stir with a whisk.
Add the vanilla powder.
Add the milk and oil.
Stir.
In another bowl, sift the flour.
In the same bowl, sift the baking powder.
Sift the cocoa powder in the same bowl. Stir with a whisk.
Add in portions the dry ingredients to the wet ones, stirring with a whisk.
Stir until a smooth mixture.
Prepare the muffin baking tray by placing the paper molds in the nests.
Fill the molds, but not to the top - 1-2 cm below the edge.
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the nests and let them cool. We got exactly 19 muffins.
You can eat them without the chocolate icing, but if you want to make one, see the next steps.
To prepare the icing, place the cream in a bowl.
Briefly heat it in the microwave until almost boiled.
Add the crushed chocolate.
Stir well until the chocolate melts. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
Then spread the muffins with a spatula or a small spoon. You can also dip them in the bowl. It is very easy.
I left some of the muffins without topping.
And these are the muffins with the chocolate icing.
