This is a very interesting cake that I did not suspect it existed. My husband and I prepared it based on his memories from his childhood.
A very easy and a delicious cake! Prepare it yourself and don’t forget to add a ball of vanilla ice cream!

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a bowl, add the yoghurt, eggs, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
Add the oil. Mix well with a whisk.
Add the sifted corn flour.
Mix well until smooth.
Prepare a pan or a cake pan with a diameter of about 25-26 cm. Grease and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the cake mixture into the pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated at 150 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
Let the cake rest for about 10 minutes and then remove it from the pan. Place it in a large plate or tray.
Optionally, sprinkle with icing sugar when serving.
A ball of vanilla ice cream is also a very good addition.
