Probably this is also the case in other families with children – cream soups are very much respected. Except for pizza and meatballs, children also eat cream soup. And of course, look how beautiful and delicious it is!
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Clean and wash the onions and carrots. Peel the potatoes. Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
Pour the sliced vegetables into a saucepan and pour in about 1.5 liters of hot water. Season with salt or universal spice. Cook for about 30 minutes, until the vegetables get tender.
Blend the soup with a blender.
A fine smooth mixture of a nice yellow color should be obtained.
Add the milk and cream and mix well. Leave on the stove for 2-3 more minutes. The soup is ready!
Now is the time to cook croutons. Cut the bread into cubes about 2 cm in size.
Sprinkle with spices and vegetable oil/olive oil. Mix well to stick the spices on each crouton.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes until the croutons turn golden.
Serve the soup while it is still warm. Sprinkle with croutons and the soup is ready to eat! Bon appetit!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
