Crepe cake with cream, chocolate and strawberries and sparkling strawberry wine – a delicious way to say “I love you” to a loved one on Valentine’s day.
You can prepare the crepes, the cream, and the cake itself before the special day and keep it refrigerated until serving.

Mix the ingredients for crepe butter in a bowl. Fry in butter.
Let crepes to cool down.
Whip the cream and add the powdered sugar. Divide the cream in two bowls.
Melt the chocolate , let it cool down and add it to the one bowl of cream. Mix well.
Spread chocolate to one crepe, cover with another crepe, spread white cream and so on.
Put the cake in the fridge for few hours. Sprinkle powdered sugar and garnish with strawberries before serving.
