Puff pastry has saved me more than once when I have to make something for breakfast. That’s why I almost always have at least one package in the fridge. Various shapes and fillings – rolled up as a snail, wrapped triangular or rectangular patties and other snacks. Here is today’s variation – QUICK PUFF PASTRY MINI PIZZAS.
They disappeared in seconds! 🙂 Try it!

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into approximate squares. (I used 275 g dough and cut it into squares measuring about 7-8 cm, which is 15 squares.)
Then place the squares of puff pastry in a large pan covered with parchment paper. Unfortunately, in my case it will be necessary to bake twice. 😉
Beat the egg with a fork and spread about 2 cm the edges of each square.
Put about 1/2 tsp. tomato paste in the center.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds around the tomato paste over the egg.
In the center put about 1 tbsp. grated yellow cheese.
Sprinkle each mini pizza with a pinch of dried oregano.
Place the sliced ham or sausage on top.
And on top - the pieces of olive.
(I didn't have pitted olives, so I had to remove the kernel, but if you have pre-pitted olives, just cut them into circles. They look much nicer on the pizza.)
Place the mini pizzas in a preheated 220 degree oven with a fan and bake for about 7-8 minutes until the pizzas get a nice golden tan.
They are so delicious that they disappear in minutes! 🙂
Enjoy! 🙂
Щом аз мога, значи и вие можете!
Добър апетит!
