Fast spaghetti Bolognese

A classic Italian taste in half an hour. The original recipe calls for longer preparation of the sauce (ragu), but the fast recipe is also very delicious. It can be prepared with any other type of pasta.

 500 g ground beef
 1 onion
 1 carrot
 400 g tomatoes
 60 g red wine
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp powdered garlic
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp salt

Heat the oil, add the onions and carrot and fry until soft and slightly brown.
