Heat the oil, add the onions and carrot and fry until soft and slightly brown.
Add the ground meat and fry.
Add the wine.
Mix the dry herbs with tomatoes.
Add the tomatoes to the meat and simmer until the sauce is thick.
Cook the spaghetti al dente.
Add the spaghetti to the tomato sauce. Cook for few minutes.
Serve hot with cheese.
