I love Italian cuisine (who doesn’t?) and sometimes I got the inspiration to prepare some Italian recipe. On my birthday I decided to prepare easy traditional recipe of Italian bread with Mediterranean taste for myself and my guests – focaccia. In the original recipe you have to knead the dough longer and it takes more time but my modification is quick and tasty.
Perfect Italian taste.

Mix the sugar and the yeast.
Add the flour and salt.
Add the olive oil.
Add the milk and mix well.
Leave the dough for 2 hours on a warm place.
The dough doubles his volume.
Transfer the dough in a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
Sprinkle olive oil, rosmarine and salt.
You can add also olives, slices of boiled potatoes, tomatoes and other.
Bake on 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
