Fried meatballs – this is the Bulgarian classics. And in combination with those home made potato fries, it becomes a real savoury and everyone will love you! 🙂
In my opinion, there is no need for a recipe, but I just remembered the times when I myself needed a recipe for the meatballs, so have a look how I prepared them anyway.

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Soak the bread in the fresh milk In a deep plate.
Put the mince meat in the bowl where you will mix the ingredients for the meatballs.
Add the bread, crushed in fine breadcrumbs. Add the milk as well.
Add the egg.
Add the finely chopped onion.
Add the spices.
Mix the meatball mixture. Cover the bowl well and let the mince stand in the fridge for at least 1 hour to absorb all the flavors.
In a deep dish put the flour for rolling the meatballs before frying.
Roll the meatballs well from all sides, sifting away the excess flour.
Put the meatballs in the hot fat in the pan.
Once browned below, turn them over.
After removing them from the fat, place them on a grid covered with kitchen paper to drain the excess grease.
Serve warm with desired garnish. Do not forget to pour yourself a glass of beer or fine wine. Enjoy!
