I suppose you haven’t had breakfast yet … If so, I have an idea for you – FRIED TOASTS WITH EGGS AND YOGHURT – a favourite breakfast since childhood!
I don’t remember how my mom made them, I think she only fried them with eggs, but after starting living together with my husband, he told me that the bread slices could also be fried by adding some yogurt. I was quite skeptical, but since then I only prepare them this way because they become soft inside and crispy on the outside. After that I saw many other ways of cooking, but my favourite way remains.
Serve the way you like – wit jam, cheeses, sausage or all at the same time! They drive me crazy at home as they dip them in crystal sugar, increasing the calories taken in a geometrical progression… 🙂

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put the eggs and yogurt in a bowl.
Stir with a fork until a homogeneous mixture.
Dip the slices briefly on both sides. Do not allow it to stay in the mixture for too long, because the bread will become soaked.
Fry in a pan with heated oil over moderate heat.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite jam, cheese or both. 😉 Enjoy! 🙂
