Let’s try something different. Dough, but with no flour. This recipe just came to me without looking for it and I decided to cook it – in the internet site https://nooosugar.wordpress.com/. It’s very easy – you just have to find tapioca starch, which is not that difficult.
Try these interesting Brazilian little bread. Easier to prepare even than muffins and sooo delicious! 🙂
Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
In the bowl, break the eggs and add the milk.
Add the melted butter.
Add the grated cheese.
Add the tapioca starch.
Blend the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Take the cupcake molds (preferably the smaller ones) and grease them with soft or melted butter.
Pour the baked mixture into the molds, trying to keep the mixture slightly below the edge of the form, because they get quite puffy during baking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18-20 minutes. They get a crispy golden crust and are easy to remove from the molds.
Enjoy! 🙂
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
