My family loves the moments when there is “nothing to eat” (although this can never be true, because when I look at the available provisions, I am always ready for a total lockdown) and when there is “NO BREAD”. And at that moment they usually say: “Will you bake a loaf of bread?”. And no matter what time it is, I make bread, in this case small buns.
They do not require many products. We only need yeast and flour. And a desire to knead. Then this is what happens – fragrant and infinitely delicious BUNS. They are also perfect for burgers and sandwiches for the school backpack.
Try it for yourself! Enjoy! 🙂

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a bowl, place the lukewarm water, sugar and dry yeast and stir with a whisk until the yeast dissolves.
Add salt, egg and oil. Stir until homogeneous.
Start adding the sifted flour.
Add flour until you get a shaggy ball.
Pour on the floured work surface. Add some more flour.
Knead until you get a soft and non-sticky dough.
It took me exactly 500 g of flour. In your case, it may take a little more or less depending on the type of products and flour you use.
Cover the dough with a soft cloth and leave it to rise for about 35-40 minutes.
With your hands, lightly press the dough and spread it in a circle about 2 fingers thick.
Divide the dough into 4 triangles, and then each triangle - into 3 more (as if cutting a pizza). This will give you 12 relatively equal pieces of dough.
Form each piece of dough into a smooth ball and place in a large pan covered with parchment paper.
Cover the loaves with a towel and let them rest and rise for another 20 minutes.
Brush the egg, beaten with oil.
Sprinkle with poppy and sesame seeds (optional).
Place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 190 degrees without a fan and bake for about 20-25 minutes until they get a nice golden tan.
After removing them from the oven, let them cool for another 5-10 minutes before eating.
It is best to put them on a rack to cool completely.
Enjoy! 🙂
