НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a bowl add the milk, sugar, dry yeast and about 2-3 tbsp. of flour.
Whisk well. A thick paste should be obtained.
Leave the mixture for about 10-15 minutes to foam.
Add the water (it should be lukewarm), salt, oil and eggs.
Mix well until smooth.
Start adding gradually the flour, sifting it.
It is very difficult to specify the exact amount of flour that the mixture will absorb as it depends on the type of flour itself, the size of the eggs and other factors.
Add flour until a ball begins to form.
Pour the dough on a floured surface and knead well until a smooth and soft dough is obtained. If necessary, add more flour, but do not overdo it so that the dough does not become very hard.
Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a soft towel and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in volume (about 45-60 minutes).
While the dough is rising, prepare the stuffing.
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Clean the peppers from the stalks and seeds and cut them into slices.
Cut the pork fillet into thin slices.
Cut the olives into slices.
Prepare the baking pan(s) where you will bake the pizza. I used small pizza pans, but you can bake in whatever you like.
Grease the pan with oil.
Remove the risen dough on the floured surface and lightly knead it again. You can let it rest for about 10 minutes to relax and become more susceptible to processing.
Cut a piece of dough suitable for the size of the dish and lightly grease it.
Place it on the baking pan and spread it with your hands to the edges of the pan. If you want, you can roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Add about 1-2 tablespoons of grated tomato and spread it on a thin layer.
The stuffing of the pizza depends on your taste. I prepared 2 pizzas.
Vegetarian - with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, olives and sprinkled with oregano.
For the meat lovers I made it with tomatoes, pork fillet, peppers, olives and finally I sprinkled with 1-2 pinches of oregano.
Grate the cheese on top.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220-230 degrees for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite drink and eat with family and friends.
