This is my grandmother’s recipe. She likes to prepare beautiful and classy dishes. Even in the most simple dish she always insert beautiful details – like transforming hot dogs in flowers. Fast, easy, delicious and beautiful.
INGREDIENTS:
3 hotdogs
500 g of potatoes
Sunflower oil
Salt
Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:

Clean and cut the potatoes in big cubes.

Cut the hot dogs in quarters.

Make a cross-like cut at the ends of the pieces of hot dogs.

Add salt, black pepper and oil.

Add water. Cook on medium heat for 30 min.
