A Bulgarian add-on to the Russian recipe, in which I replaced the beef meat with Bulgarian beef meatballs. I couldn’t taste the result of my improvisation, but they quickly disappeared from Jeff’s plate and he asked for more the next day.

Cit the mushrooms in same-size pieces.
Cut the onions and parsley.
Add the bread, egg, parsley, onions, salt and pepper to the ground meat. Make meatballs.
Fry the meatballs.
Fry the mushrooms.
Add 1/2 glass of water, the sour cream and the flour to the mushrooms.
Add the meatballs to the sauce for few minutes.
Serve hot.
