НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Cut the ribs into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Put the ribs in the roasting bag. Close the envelope and place it in a large baking tray.
Put them in a preheated at 180 degrees oven and bake for about 2 hours.
While the ribs are baking, prepare the marinade with which you will cover them.
Put the marinade products in a small saucepan.
Mix well.
Once it boils, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
After the ribs are roasted, tear the bag is torn and take them out of it.
Arrange the ribs in a tray covered with a baking paper or a silicone pad.
Rise the oven temperature to 200 degrees.
Spread the marinade on one side.
Put in the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Remove the ribs and turn on the other side. Spread the marinade well again.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes until they get a nice golden tan.
After seeing this delicacy that leaked into the pan from the roasting bag, my heart didn't let me throw it away and I decided to use it as a sauce.
Strain the meat broth and put it in a small saucepan.
In a bowl put 1 tbsp. of starch.
Add a little water.
Stir to obtain a nice smooth mixture.
Add to the broth and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the ribs with the delicious roasting sauce.
Drizzle the ribs with the sauce and attack them!
Eat with bare hands is allowed, it is even recommended!
