It’s been a long time since I’ve made this cake. As well as since it entirely disappeared… But from other commitments I still don’t have time to upload the recipe.
Here it is. One of my favorite cakes from mom’s recipe cookbook. Unique! Try it too 🙂

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put the yogurt in a bowl or a glass. Add the baking soda and stir.
Wait 2-3 minutes until the mixture starts foaming.
Pour the sugar into a bowl. Add the foamy yoghurt with the baking soda.
Add the roughly ground or chopped walnuts. If you like the aroma of cinnamon, add a little of it.
Add the sifted flour.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture.
Prepare a baking tray with a diameter of about 26 cm by placing baking paper on the bottom. You can use a square or rectangular tray of approximately the same size.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees until ready.
Allow the cake to cool for about an hour before you start preparing the topping. Do not take it out of the baking tray.
Put the Lacta candies in a non-stick pan. Don't forget to unpack them first. 😉
Add the butter.
Put the pan on a moderate heat on the stove and stir.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Now add the milk.
Stir again until homogeneous.
Pour over the cake. Allow the cake to set before slicing and serving.
