Today I suggest you to prepare a quick and delicious breakfast. The recipe is from a long time ago, from my grandmother. The same grandmother Elenka from the village of Vardim, Svishtov region, who also made the Walnut buns that I showed you some time ago.
Come on, roll up your sleeves and enjoy these LANGIDI. I still dodn’t understand where this name came from and why they were called that way. My personal explanation is that they look like small tongues and come from the word langue (French) or lingua (Latin). This is hardly true, but the important thing in this case is that they are very tasty and are prepared very easily and quickly.

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and baking soda. Leave for a few minutes until it foams.
Add the lukewarm water, egg and cheese.
Stir.
Add the sifted flour.
Stir until a homogeneous thick mixture.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and with a teaspoon pour the mixture into the hot oil.
Fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides.
Serve while still warm!
They go with everything - milk and yogurt, jam, cheese and anything you like!
Although they contain cheese, they are wonderful also sprinkled with icing sugar.
