Today I will present to you … LAVA CAKE. Well, I admit it didn’t turn out as it was supposed to be the first time. In my opinion, it was supposed to cook 3-4 minutes more. But this is the good know-how – to be well baked and still liquid in the middle. In both versions it was very delicious, so do not hesitate to prepare it. A nice and tasty day to all of you!

Melt the butter and chocolate together.
Mix the eggs.
Add the sugar to the eggs.
Mix well.
Add the flour.
Mix well.
Add the chocolate to the eggs, mix well.
Spread butter and flour or cocoa powder on the walls of ramekins and fill them with the chocolate mixture. Put piece of white chocolate inside if you want.
Bake on 200 degrees C for 10 min.
Serve the lava cake hot with ice cream, powdered sugar or chopped nuts.
