Layers baked chicken and zucchini

Well, I really love these zucchini. And in combination with tender chicken meat, they turned out irresistible …

And let’s not forget that besides delicious, this meal is also low-carbohydrate 🙂 Enjoy the taste!

INGREDIENTS:

 1 medium sized onion
 1 green pepper
 3 cloves garlic
 2 medium sized zucchini
 300 g chicken meat (chicken leg or chicken breast stake)
 200 ml liquid cooking cream
 2 medium sized juicy tomatoes
 150 g cheese (yellow cheese or any other melting cheese you like)
 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
 1 pinch salt
 1 pinch black pepper
 5 branches fresh parsley
 5 branches fresh dill

DIRECTIONS:

In a pan with a little oil, add the chopped onions.

Add the finely chopped pepper.

Add the garlic, cut into small pieces.

Add the zucchini, cut into small cubes. Fry everything together in the pan until the vegetables are slightly discolored.

Pour them into a pre-oiled baking pan.

Level the vegetables at the bottom of the baking pan.

In the same or a different pan, pour the chicken cut into pieces (2-3 cm).

Fry gently until meat is almost cooked. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the chicken meat into the pan and arrange evenly.
