In a pan with a little oil, add the chopped onions.
Add the finely chopped pepper.
Add the garlic, cut into small pieces.
Add the zucchini, cut into small cubes. Fry everything together in the pan until the vegetables are slightly discolored.
Pour them into a pre-oiled baking pan.
Level the vegetables at the bottom of the baking pan.
In the same or a different pan, pour the chicken cut into pieces (2-3 cm).
Fry gently until meat is almost cooked. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the chicken meat into the pan and arrange evenly.
Pour all over the cream.
Sprinkle with the finely chopped dill and parsley.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and cover the pan evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees for about 10 minutes and then remove.
Grate the cheese over the tomatoes and roast again for about 15 minutes.
When the yellow cheese has a golden colour, the meal is ready. Cut into squares and serve! Bon appetit!
