Today I am presenting to you an interesting quick improvisation on chicken wings. They remind a little Indian cuisine, but that is their charm. And also remember they are low carbohydrate 😉

In the bowl start adding the marinade spices for the chicken wings. Add the lemon juice, ...

... the mustard,...
... the sour cream,...
... the olive oil,...
... the onion powder,...
... the garlic powder,...
... the pressed garlic cloves,...
... the salt,...
... the "7 spices",...
... and the curcuma.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Pour the marinade over the well-cleaned chicken wings.
Rub the marinade well into the chicken wings and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
Put chicken wings in a baking pan.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Serve while still warm with your favorite salad. Bon appetit!
