Bulgarians love meat, it is a fact. And he often puts steaks on his table. It’s easy, it’s delicious! The steaks thus prepared become very juicy, tender and tasty. And the onions just give them a looooot of taste!

Pour the steaks into a bowl. Smash the garlic cloves and add them to the steaks.
Cut the onion into thin slices and add them to the steaks.
Add the universal spice.
Add the black pepper.
Add the oil.
Add the red wine, too.
Mix everything very well. Cover the bowl with foil and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour so that the meat can absorb the flavours of all the spices.
Put the steaks in a suitable size pan. Top the onions carefully and top up with some water (about 1/2 hour).
Wrap the pan with aluminum foil and bake the steaks in a preheated at 180 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes until the meat is ready. Then remove the foil and roast for another 5-10 minutes, until the steaks get a light golden tan.
Serve with a garnish you want. Enjoy! 🙂
