Classic minced meat sandwiches (princesses), but with a slight tease in the stuffing – the addition of milk makes them softer and juicier!

Add the egg.
Mix well.
Grate the cheese and add to the mixture.
Mix.
If you want, you can spread the slices of bread with a thin layer of butter, but you can also skip this step. Spread the mixture onto the slices on a flat layer, not thicker 1 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees on the top rack in the oven.
