Minced meat “nests” stuffed with pickled vegetables

When you have minced meat and want to make something more interesting than the usual meatballs, you should definitely prepare these nests stuffed with pickled vegetables. Unique taste!

For the "nests":
 600 g mince meat (pork, beef or mixed)
 1 onion
 1 egg
 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs (if you want the recipe to be low carb, replace them with husk)
 1 tsp. dried savory
 1 tsp. dried parsley (or fresh)
 1 tsp. garlic powder
 salt and pepper to taste (the quantity of salt depends on whether the minced meat is already salted or not)
For the stuffing:
 1 cup finely chopped pickled vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, peppers, green tomatoes)
 50 g shredded yellow cheese

Put all the ingredients for the mince meat "nests" in a bowl. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
If you want, you can cover with a cling foil and leave all the flavors to mix for about 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.

Prepare a baking tray and lightly grease it with sunflower oil.
Form 7 nests of minced meat and place them in the pan.
