A favorite recipe at home!
I guess it is loved in thousands of other homes, too!
The combination of roasted peppers, eggs and cheese is something that caresses the palate and the inner desire for something super tasty! And you don’t need anything more … Well, maybe a piece of delicious bread 😉
Enjoy! 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
In a wide and deep pan, fry the finely chopped onions. Stir occasionally for a few minutes until the onions soften.
Add the roasted peppers cut into cubes.
Add the tomatoes, too. Stew under a lid for about 10-15 minutes.
Add the sugar and stir. You can optionally season with a little salt, but I recommend that you do it after you have added the cheese.
Break the eggs in the mixture one after the other. Allow the eggs to slightly veil for 1-2 minutes.
Then stir gently.
Add the crushed cheese. Stir again for 1 more minute.
Your Mish-mash is Ready! Serve with freshly chopped parsley. It tastes good both warm or cold!
Enjoy! 🙂
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
