Cut the potatoes.
Fry the onion in hot oil. Add the ground meat. When the meat is cooked enough add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Add the meat mixture to the potatoes and glass of warm water. Bake at 200 °C.
For topping: Mix the eggs and the yoghurt, you can add 1-2 tbsp of flour. Add the grated cheese and bake few more minutes.
You can serve the musaka with fresh chopped parsley.
