Whenever I am rushing to cook something, mushrooms are a great option for garnish. Especially in this version. It is best to serve them while they are still warm, because the most delicious thing in this dish is the sauce that has gathered in the center of the mushroom, mixed with butter.
Bon appetit! 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stumps. Arrange them in a tray with the opened side up. Sprinkle the mushrooms with salt. Cut the butter into cubes about 1 cm in size and place one piece in each mushroom.
Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until darkened slightly and the butter melted. You can also bake the stumps if you like, but I grind them and use them instead of bread to fill the minced meat mixture for meatballs.
Serve while still warm as a main course or as a side dish.
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
