This fish is one of my favorites. A unique combination of flavors! And it is so easy and quick to prepare – an ideal option for dinner in our busy daily routine.
And let’s not forget – a low-carb 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Wash the fish well. Salt it on the outside and inside and place it in the baking pan.
Arrange the branches of dill and the lemon slices on top of the fish. Optionally, you can place them inside the fish.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated moderate oven until the fish is ready.
For garnish I love to serve stewed vegetables. I buy them frozen in a plastic bag and stew them in a small saucepan. First, I pour them into the pan as they are still frozen and let them unfreeze and stew in their own water. Once softened I add 2 tbsp. of butter and leave them on the stove until the the water evaporates and the vegetables get a little crisp.
Serve the fish with stewed vegetables while still warm. Bon appetit!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
