Winter temperatures outside require something like pork in the oven with potatoes, but this time we will cook it with beer. Wow, delicious! I’m not very much into drinking, but I guess a nice beer will go with this dish! Or something else;)!
I saw the idea for the recipe from the culinary youtube channel “Home cooking with Danny”.

Here is the recipe:

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Prepare a baking pan with approximate size of about 25/35 cm.
Cut the onion into half-circles and arrange it on the bottom of the pan.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Arrange them as a second layer over the onion.
Sprinkle with the spices.
Arrange the pieces of butter over the potatoes.
Cut the meat into pieces about 2/7 cm in size.
Arrange them on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle with spices again.
Pour the beer.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 230 degrees without a fan until the potatoes and meat are cooked for about 1 hour.
The time is not exact because every oven is different. It is important to open the foil from time to time and check if the products are cooked.
Once the potatoes and meat are ready, remove the foil from the pan and return to the oven.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the dish gets a golden tan.
And no matter that there is beer in the dish, it is almost mandatory to pour another in your glass - nice and cold.
