You may not believe it, but I often don’t feel like cooking. Then I “cook” fish. I season it with whatever I have and put it in the oven. As simple as it may seem, it always turns out wonderfully. Here is today’s quick recipe for OVEN ROASTED SEA BASS.

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Clean and wash the fish well.
Season it well with salt and pepper.
Inside, place the twigs of parsley and dill, and on top - two small slices of tomato.
Place a slice of lemon on top of the tomatoes.
Close the fish and place them in the baking tray, pre-covered with aluminium foil.
(The foil doesn't have any importance to the dish, I just started putting it on the bottom of the baking pan because it spares me the rubbing when washing the dishes.)
On top decorate the fish with thin slices of tomato and lemon.
Pour the olive oil over the fish.
Pour the water in the angle of the baking pan.
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake the fish at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until the fish is cooked.
You can easily understand that the fish is ready when you pierce it carefully with a fork and it passes freely through the meat like through soft butter.
Once the fish is cooked, remove the foil and return the pan to the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees to get a nice crust.
Serve with your favorite garnish - lettuce salad, boiled or sauteed or mashed potatoes.
Emjoy! 🙂
