Today I present to you a more modern dish from the low-carbohydrate (keto) kitchen – PARMESAN, EGG AND AVOCADO CAULIFLOWER “STEAKS”. I know that some meat lovers will look condescendingly and with ridicule on my “steaks”, but I assure you that the recipe is nutritious enough, and the taste is just fantastic!

НЕОБХОДИМИ ПРОДУКТИ:
НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Clean the cauliflower from the outer green leaves and cut it into slices about 2 fingers thick.
Also remove the inner cauliflower stump.
Arrange the cauliflower in a pan.
Drizzle with the olive oil.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
Bake the cauliflower "steaks" in a preheated oven at 200 degrees without a fan for about 20 minutes.
The cauliflower should soften slightly and get a golden tan.
Serve the cauliflower "steaks", placing a fried egg and pieces of avocado on each one.
If desired, you can sprinkle more black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
