A flash salad for the moments when unexpected guests visit you or you just want to enjoy something delicious for appetizer with a nice glass of wine or something more aged.

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Drain the corn and peas from the can water and pour them into a bowl. Cut the roasted peppers into small cubes of about 1 cm. Add them to the bowl.
Pour the mayonnaise into the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir everything very well. Taste and add more salt if needed.
Serve in a large bowl. Decoration is a matter of imagination and what you have in the fridge. I decorated with a few olives. Enjoy! 🙂
