Cut the onions into crescents and fry it lightly in the fat. Set it aside on a plate.
Cut carrots into sticks and fry them lightly in the same pan until golden.
Do the same with the pepper.
Set aside the vegetables in a plate to cool.
Take the meat and thin it to get a large "steak" with a thickness of about 1 cm.
My meat was not very appropriate for thinning, but it still managed to thin it pretty decently. If you do not cope well with the thinning, do not worry, after winding the roll we will tie it tightly with ь thread.
Season the meat with salt and other spices of your choice.
Arrange шге onions, carrots and peppers on top of the meat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Carefully roll up the meat so that the filling does not fall out.
Tie the roll well with a thick thread so that the filling does not fall out. Don't forget to tie it lengthwise.
In a low-fat pan, "seal" the roll from all sides.
Place the roll in the baking tray. Arrange the chopped potatoes on the side. Season the potatoes with the spices.
Pour about 1/2 cup of water (or broth) into the pan and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake the roll for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove the foil and let the dish get a light tan for another 10 minutes.
Place the dish in a large plate. Cut the roll into slices and serve with the garnish.
