When you have any buns or panettone left to get dry… this is what you need to prepare – the fastest, easiest and most delicious dessert ever. A unique combination between buns and creme caramel 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
Stir with a wire whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the milk and whisk again.
Cut the buns into thick slices and arrange them on the bottom of a baking pan. If you have an old and dry panettone, you can also use it for this recipe.
Break the chocolate into pieces and put them between the buns slices.
Pour in the liquid mixture.
Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated on 180 degree oven. Initially, the cake inflates really a lot, and then drops almost twice.
Serve the cake sprinkled with icing sugar or ice cream. Bon appetit!
If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
